Detailed Terms and Conditions of our Sia Gems Club Program:

Ruby Level – Once Total Net purchase value crosses above Rs. 3000/- i.e., either total purchase from Entry Level to Rs. 3000 or Single transaction > Rs. 3000 + the customer moves into this level. The member will receive Tier upgrade bonus point of 100 points in their account and they will also receive a 4% cashback points on offline store net purchase & 6% cash back points on net amount purchase at www.siajewellery.com on the Net Bill Value amount which will be added in their account and can be redeemed in the next purchase. Membership and validity points will expire after 1 year.

Emerald Level – Once Total Net purchase value crosses above Rs. 8000/- i.e., either total purchase from Ruby Level to Rs. 8000 or Single transaction >Rs. 8000 + the customer moves into this level. Tier upgrade bonus point of 150 points in their account and also start receiving a 7% cashback points on offline store net purchase&11% cashback points on net amount purchase at www.siajewellery.com on the NET Bill Value amount which will be added in their account and can be redeemed in the next purchase. The Bonus points earned in this tier will expire after 1 year. Membership and validity points will expire after 1 year.

Sapphire Level – Once Total Net purchase value crosses above Rs. 15000/- i.e., either total purchase from Ruby or Emerald Level to Rs. 15000 or Single transaction >Rs. 15000 + the customer moves into this level. Tier upgrade bonus point of 200 Points in their account and also start receiving 10% cashback points on offline store net purchase & 15% cashback points on net amount purchase at www.siajewellery.com on the NET Bill Value amount which will be added in their account and can be redeemed in the next purchase. The Bonus points earned in this tier will expire after 1 year. Membership and validity points will expire after 1 year.

  • Every 1 point gets you Rs 1/-.
  • OTP is required for redemption of your loyalty balances or coupons. It will be sent on either customer’ mobile and registered email address.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicable in our Stores & Online.
  2. Member’s mobile phone number would be his / her unique identification number for the membership.
  3. Mobile number is mandatory for registration in the loyalty program.
  4. Members who are enrolled with their mobile no at the store & wants to use benefit at store, then they will need to register on https://siajewellery.com/account/login with their email id & mobile no. (use same mobile no. which you have used at store while enrolling the Gems Club) and your can check & redeem points & use all other benefits on website.
  5. Member can earn or redeem the points by shopping at the Stores & Online.
  6. The members can redeem their points only on making purchase from this applicable catalogue- https://siajewellery.com/collections/sia-gems
  7. The points can be redeemed only on MRP products & no discounts can be clubbed together.
  8. The validity of points accumulated in any calendar year shall be one year from the date of earning the points.
  9. The membership points, benefits & privileges are non-transferable & may only be used by the member. Points of different members cannot be clubbed.
  10. The member shall present his membership acceptance message for all transactions & activities including but not limited to points accumulation, redemption & discounts.
  11. Management shall not be liable for points which were accumulated inaccurately as a result of technical malfunction, operator fault, member misconduct or any reason beyond the control of company.
  12. SIA reserves the right to amend benefits and privileges, terms and conditions of this agreement from time to time without prior notice. The decision of SIA management shall be final and conclusive in the event of any dispute.
  13. Members can check for their points balance at the store cash counter or online.
  14. The points / gifts cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of points/gifts.
  15. SIA assures complete privacy of your personal data and your mobile number. It will not be shared with anyone without permission. Applicable only in our Stores. Not applicable online.
  16. Net Purchase value means Net payable bill amount by the Customer after all applicable discount.
  17. Total Net Purchase value means cumulative net purchase amount of the Customer with all SIA Jewels Brand's Offline and Online Stores from enrollment till date.
  18. Tier jumps applies on crossing required tier purchase value based on Single or Cumulative Total net purchase made by the customer from the date of enrollment.
  19. *Additional Discounts during Preview Sale- Can change as per the management decision
  20. Point Multiplier Events / Schemes: As a Sia Gems Club member, you earn additional points, spent on all purchases in special Point Multiplier Events. The event details will be communicated 1 month beforehand."

Product Points Rewards on website: This points will be hidden points and will be available once you are member of gems Club Program. So select the points with higher points to maximize your benefit.
