      No, You can shop your favourite designs as guest as well. But we always suggest to register & shop, its easy for you to maintain your shopping records for yourself.


    • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

      Yes, we do! We ship to across most of the countries.


    • HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

    • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SIA ACCEPTS?

      We accept payments via PayPal, Payu, Paytm, & Razorpay
      For orders to be delivered in India, we also offer Cash on Delivery. Please check Cash on Delivery terms & conditions for more details. We also accept payment through Bhim QR Code which accepts all UPI payments I.e. Google Pay, Paytm, Mobikwik & Much More. You need to contact us on +91 89287 00211 Bank transfers are accepted upon special request. If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at website@siajewellery.com and we will send you options to pay via bank transfer. Online modes of payments are recommended. But if you are not comfortable with this, you may choose Cash on Delivery, and pay in cash when the product is delivered at your doorstep in India.


    • CAN I PAY VIA EMI?

      No, We don't have any EMI payment option.


    • HOW CAN I MAKE CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASE?

      Cash On Delivery is available on the orders All orders Upto Rs. 10000/-Cash on Delivery is not applicable on the designer & Pure Silver (92.7) products. If you want to buy designer products, you would need to opt for Online payment options.


    • CAN YOU DO SOMETHING FOR A SPEEDY DELIVERY?

    • HOW DO I REDEEM GIFT CARD?

      While you purchase Gift card, you would receive the Gift Card Code. So when you want to use the gift card, just enter the code in coupon / voucher Column and avail the benefit.


    • I NEED TO EXCHANGE AS MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN.

      Sorry to hear that your product is damaged. But unfortunately, we don’t provide exchange facility for our products. Please drop us an email at website@siajewellery.com with images of the product and we will help arrange a replacement/ refund for you.


  • What is the estimated delivery date of my order?
    We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your jewellery. For designer & handmade products- delivery can take 10-15 days or more, please check designer products or all products timeline before placing the order. Usually we take 4-7 working days to deliver the ready to ship products, Within Mumbai- if products are ready, then we delivery within 24-48 hours as well.

Rose gold plated jewellery is something which we all love because of its indifferent colour, but with its beauty, it also has con. rose Gold Plating has the nature to get dim. So we suggest to take care of this jewellery carefully as below-

WHAT IS 7 WORKING DAYS RETURN POLICY?

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. Kindly shoot video before unboxing and during uncovering product to analyse goods damage during transition In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

There will be no return or exchange if we don't receive videos of unboxing of the products. Please Check our Return Policy section to know more.

SIA offers multiple methods to make a payment for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card information remains confidential and private. SIA and our trusted payment gateways use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your card information. 

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON SIA?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Siajewellery.com All prices include GST only. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item except shipping charges which are payable as per the shipping method you have selected. 

WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) on Siajewellery is an alternative to paying by credit card or Net Banking. When you use our COD service, you pay at the time of delivery, rather than paying at the time of purchase.

 HOW DO I PLACE A CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD) ORDER?

  1. After you enter the shipping addresses (with Pin Code), you will be prompted for Payment Option.
  2. If the COD option is available for the given PIN code, you can select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"
  3. On the next page, you will get an order confirmation message, but your shipment will be pending until a customer service representative verifies your order via phone at the number you provided on shipment address page.
  4. Once verified and confirmed, we will process your order for shipment.
  5. You will be required to make a cash payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order.

Other Payment Terms & Conditions for Cash on Delivery orders

  • The Minimum order value eligible all orders Upto Rs. 10000.
  • The charges of the COD package depends on the size & Location of the order.
  • Any other payment method cannot be used for COD orders.
  • ONLY Cash Payment in Indian Rupees is accepted as payment option.

HOW DO I PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

You can pay with international credit/debit cards or transfer into our account through PayPal, Payu or Razorpay.

HOW TO PROTECT THE JEWELLERY?

Jewellry must be properly cared against dust and pollution. Daily wear can cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of silver and gold plating. Some basic care can help preserve and protect your SIA Jewelry for years to come. We encourage you to bring your SIA Jewelry back to us for professional care.

Our craftsmen are knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of Jewelry care. From determining the best method for cleaning stones to restringing pearls to repairing clasps or earring backs, SIA's Customer Service Department and Customer Service Associates can assist you. Most jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner. If worn often, pearls should be cleaned and restrung professionally once a year. Avoid exposing gold to household bleach which will quickly cause gold to disintegrate and discolor. Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to salt air and products containing sulphur, such as rubber gloves and certain papers. To remove tarnish, we recommend a non-abrasive silver polish. Storage is also important. At the time of purchase, all SIA Jewelry is packaged in a protective air tight box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch.

When not in use, we recommend that you place your jewelry in its original casing provided by SIA. Take care to protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, pearl, peridot and tourmaline are all very delicate and easily bruised. Enameling can also chip or scratch when struck. Extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics and household chemicals can also damage jewelry. We suggest that you avoid wearing your jewelry during any activity that would expose it to these risks.

BASIC CARE TIPS:

  • Avoid from contact of Organic Chemicals i.e Perfume, Sprays, Water.
  • Avoid using Velvet Boxes for Storing Jewelry.
  • Keep Jewelry in Airtight Boxes.
  • Wipe Jewelry with a soft cotton cloth.
